Hourly Wages

Documents Required:
1. Most Recent Pay Stubs (last 2)
2. Letter Confirming Employment
3. Notice of Assessment (last 2 years)
4. All T4's From Employer

Special Guidelines:
1. The letter confirming employment MUST indicate the job title, if the hours are guaranteed, as well as the hourly wage and the length of the employment. Lastly, the letter MUST be on the company letterhead and signed by employer.
2. Must provide all pages from the NOA (Notice of Assessment), even the blank pages.
3. Pay Stubs + Letter Confirming Employment must be dated from the last 30 days. Older documents will not be accepted.
