Canadian Mortgage Products was born out of my utmost desire to do things differently and fill a void that I felt existed in the industry. We strive to build relationships and trust first and foremost.
We will work diligently to provide financing options and solutions based on each client's needs.

I have been in the financial industry for over 25 years, previously working for one of the big banks. I have always wanted to help clients achieve their financial goals and decided to become a mortgage agent five years ago.
I was quickly introduced to Alan and have worked with him for three years. I am dedicated to ensuring the mortgage process is smooth for each client. I guide the clients from start to finish. I take care of fulfilling the lender conditions to signing the mortgage documents and will answer any questions the client may have.
Alan and I work as a team and aim to provide the best customer experience to each client.

For close to 15 years, we have worked with clients from all walks of life, and we remain grateful for this. All of our business comes from repeat clients or those referred to us by others we have worked with. Our focus is to treat people as we would like to be treated. We don't try to push people into anything or annoy them with endless emails, texts, or calls, and we don't use sales scripts.

We have been fortunate to have also built great relationships with lenders over the past number of years and ensure we stay up to date on changes within our industry so that we understand what products are available and how they can be used to help our clients effectively. As such, we have an ever-expanding toolbox full of lenders and their respective lending products.
